Lead and work in collaboration with consultants, Business Development team, Vendor and Contractors to deliver the project from conceptualization, detail design, contractual agreements to construction, authorities’ inspection,cheap polo shirts handover of completed projects and project final account.
Deliver projects within constrains of schedules, budgets and resources. Ensure compliance with local authorities’ requirements and standards. Prepare and present project progress reports and cash flow reports. Oversee the project progress and budget as well as conduct periodic checks on QC, ensure proper project close-outs, verify documentation submission and involved in contract negotiations.
Liaison with vendors to ensure vendors full filled contractual requirements successful commissioning and hand-over of projects.
Manage and coach a team of project engineers, project coordinators and to ensure the team is able to handle the projects given.
