Responsible for the overall effective planning, successful implementation and completion of projects within defined budget, schedule and polo shirtsquality standards.Lead & direct cross functional teams to deliver projects within constrains of schedules, budgets and resources; Organize activities through design, implementation, organization till completion stage of the project Lead in construction project management, from planning, implementation to completion by understanding user requirements and establishing the project, design brief, design criteria, budget and structureEnsure compliance wih local authorities’ requirements and standards. Prepare and present project progress reports and cash flow reports. Oversee the project progress and budget as well as conduct periodic checks on QC, ensure proper project close-outs, verify documentation submission and involved in contract negotiations. Liaise with vendor to ensure successful commissioning and hand-over of project.
